Bun dividers SA (automatic) and SPM (semiautomatic) use a rounding system that perfectly and softly reproduces a hand movement. The general features are:

In model SPM machines (semiautomatic), the head lowering, the pressings and the cutting are through levers, while the rounding is automatic with manual control. In Model SPA machines (automatic) the pressing and cutting are servocontrolled by a hydraulic ram and automatic rounding in a single cycle. All machines are installed on wheels with antivibrating feet.
